Naturism and nudism is characterized by communal nudity, which aims to promote self-respect, respect for fellow human beings and respect for nature and the environment.
Millions of people regularly take off their clothes to enjoy the sun, fresh air and warmth naked. The sauna is popular all year round and when the weather is nice many people go to a nudist beach or sunbathe naked in nature or in their own backyard/roof terrace.
Still, the step to a holiday at a campsite or bungalow park, where nude recreation can be done, seems very big. Undeservedly so, because there too it is about enjoying the nude sunbathing, swimming or enjoying the heat in the sauna. Of course naturism is not for everyone, but there are plenty of reasons to give it a try
Being naked also means that there is less distinction between people and everyone is equally vulnerable. This ensures that you approach others more quickly. It is therefore easy to start a chat and what is often mentioned is that there is a friendly atmosphere. Naturists are often comfortable in their own skin. They are not ashamed of their own bodies and by getting rid of your clothes, you are free from all daily worries. You can do whatever you want, as long as you don’t bother others with it.

We ourselves are part of the community of people who identify as LBHTIQ+. We are happy to welcome people from this community to our campsite. A lot already we see resorts, campsites or other accommodation being ‘LBHTIQ+ friendly “or ”gayfriendly’. We like to turn this around. That’s why we are ‘hetero-friendly.’
What we find especially important is that people from the community know that Le Saulet is a safe place to camp. That they do not have to fear being excluded or rejected or even sent away because of who they are. We accept everyone as someone is.
Respect for each other and acceptance of the other are our top priorities.
Everyone should be free to be themselves, regardless of your orientation/gender or origin.
At our campsite, everyone can and is allowed to be who they are. We do not consider body decorations such as tattoos, piercing, rings, etc. a problem.
Again, have respect for each other in this.
No, Le Saulet is not. The campsite is a naturist campsite aimed at adults.
This means that public sex acts are not allowed on the campsite. What one does in the privacy of one’s own camping equipment is up to each person.
Please be considerate of each other in this. If we receive complaints from other guests, this may result in removal from the campsite after a warning.
The camping site is located in a natura2000 area. We want to protect this area because it is a unique piece of nature in which our campsite is located.
Our sewage system consists of a fosse septic with special effluent fields. Chemicals are therefore not allowed as this can damage the functioning of the fosse septic. This means, that a chemical toilet cannot be emptied at our place. In Objat, about 10 minutes away from the campsite, you can.
