It's nice that you want to read a bit more about us.
We have been going nude camping in beautiful France for years. In addition, we enjoy visiting naturist resorts and/or clothing-optional resorts in the Canary Islands.
A few years ago, we discussed our wish and dreams to start a campsite in our beloved France. A dream we had separately, and now want to realize together.
About Bart
I am Bart (on the left in the photo). I was born in The Hague and lived near Schiphol/Amsterdam since my childhood. In my working life, I have often worked in shops, such as supermarkets, and I was an employee at a greengrocer's. After a few short-term jobs, I started in 2000 as a service advisor in the automotive industry. It was a great profession where I had a lot of contact with customers at the reception. I found that contact with customers to be the most enjoyable part of my job. The technical side is fun, but sometimes it also presents you with nasty surprises. Over 10 years ago, I was told during a holiday that the campsite where we were staying was for sale. Even then, I had the idea that I would love to do that. But due to circumstances, that wasn't possible at the time. Until a few years ago, Peter came home with the idea of starting a campsite. I was immediately won over, and so we went looking for our dream spot, which we found in beautiful Vignols.
About Peter
Ik ben Peter (rechts op de foto). Ik ben geboren in het noorden van Nederland in Hoogezand-Sappemeer. Raised there in a family with 4 children. In 1984 I moved to the west of the Netherlands and started as a teacher in secondary education in Amsterdam. Na ruim 6 jaar nam ik de overstap naar het basisonderwijs. In het basisonderwijs heb ik gewerkt als leerkracht, als directeur van verschillende scholen en als bestuurder van verschillende organisaties.
Op de vraag van wat wil je nog anders dan alleen nog werken in het onderwijs kwam het antwoord een camping runnen in Frankrijk. Omdat Bart deze droom ook heeft, waren we het al heel snel eens. Dit moet het worden. En nu is het dan ook zover. Een eigen camping in het Franse land. Een prachtige uitdaging om er iets heel moois van te maken.
